You also learn the three part cleansing technique you can use at home from that day forward. The second thirty minutes are with Tracey for your Extraordinary by Design introduction, a genuine conversation about where you are on your life journey and everything available to support you at Complexion Medspa.

Not at all. This experience is designed for everyone from complete beginners to existing Complexion clients who want to go deeper. Courtney meets you exactly where you are without judgment and without assumption. You will leave knowing more than when you arrived regardless of your starting point.

It is a curated starter kit containing Dermalogica's best selling products for cleansing, exfoliating, and hydrating your skin. Valued at $60 retail it is yours to take home after your session. Courtney will show you exactly how to use each product for your specific skin during your thirty minutes together so you leave with both the kit and the knowledge to use it confidently.

Tracey will have a genuine, warm conversation with you about where you are right now on your life journey. Your skin, your energy, your career, your body, your need for rest and recovery. She will also walk you through the complete range of services available through the clinic including skin analysis, body contouring, physiotherapy recovery and support, and life and career transformation coaching. It is not a sales conversation. It is an intake, a moment to understand what you may need right now and what is available to support you.

Ritual & Radiance is the brand new membership community launching this spring from Complexion Medspa and Extraordinary by Design. Your three month complimentary access includes monthly skincare tips from Courtney, wellness challenges, motivational insights and weekly journal prompts from Tracey, and access to a warm supportive community of people navigating aging and wellness together. It is a $135 value included with your Whole New You Experience.
