Each session is designed for two guests at a time, so many people choose to attend with a friend, sister, or loved one. When you arrive, one guest begins with Courtney for the facial experience while the other begins with Tracey for the Extraordinary by Design introduction. After 30 minutes, you simply switch so both guests receive the full experience.

Your hour includes a personalized facial with Courtney using the Dermalogica Discover Healthy Skin Kit, light therapy, and guidance on the three-part cleansing technique you can use at home, followed by a warm conversation with Tracey introducing Extraordinary by Design, skin analysis, and the new ways Complexion Medspa supports both inner and outer wellbeing.

Not at all. This experience is designed for everyone, from complete beginners to long-time Complexion clients who simply want to deepen their understanding of their skin.

Courtney meets you exactly where you are, without judgment or assumptions. You will leave knowing more about your skin and how to care for it confidently, regardless of your starting point.

It is a curated starter kit containing Dermalogica's best selling products for cleansing, exfoliating, and hydrating your skin. Valued at $60 retail it is yours to take home after your session. Courtney will show you exactly how to use each product for your specific skin during your thirty minutes together so you leave with both the kit and the knowledge to use it confidently.

Tracey’s portion of the experience is simply a warm, relaxed conversation. It is a chance to pause, reflect, and talk about where you are right now in life if you wish — your energy, your skin, your lifestyle, or anything that may be influencing how you are feeling in this season.

She will also introduce the broader philosophy behind Extraordinary by Design and walk you through the services available at Complexion Medspa, including skin analysis, body contouring, physiotherapy recovery support, and transformation coaching.

There is no pressure and nothing you are expected to share. Many guests simply enjoy the conversation and learning about the different ways Complexion supports both inner and outer wellbeing.

Ritual & Radiance is a brand new membership community launching this spring through Complexion Medspa and Extraordinary by Design.

It brings together skincare, wellness, and personal reflection in one supportive space. Inside the community you will receive monthly skincare guidance from Courtney, wellness insights and journal prompts from Tracey, and the opportunity to connect with others who are navigating aging and wellbeing with intention.
