Tracey is the founder of Extraordinary by Design™, a community and body of work dedicated to helping women unwind layers of expectation and reconnect with their inherent sense of worth.
With a background in bioenergetic healing, nervous system regulation, and women’s coaching, she creates spaces where release feels supported and transformation unfolds naturally. Her approach is grounded, compassionate, and intentional, meeting each woman exactly where she is on her journey.
Tracey believes that meaningful change does not come from pushing or fixing, but from awareness, presence, and the courage to let go of what no longer serves.
